Kangra Valley Carnival to be held in Dharamsala from Dec 24 to 31

Ashok Raina Dharamsala, Sep 30 (UNI) Kangra Valley Carnival will be organised in Dharamsala from December 24 to 31, Kangra Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa said. To mark the inauguration of the event, a concert has been proposed at the Dharamsala Cricket Stadium. Chairing a meeting on Tuesday here to review preparations for the carnival, Bairwa directed all departments concerned to begin preparations well in advance to ensure the smooth conduct of the week-long event. He said several important programmes involving visits of dignitaries from the state and across the country have also been proposed in Dharamsala ahead of the carnival.…
