J&K: Habitual drug peddler booked under PIT-NDPS Act, lodged in Kathua's Hiranagar jail

Jammu, Oct 19 (UNI) A habitual drug peddler has been booked under PIT-NDPS Act and lodged in a jail in Hiranagar in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. A police spokesman here said that the detention warrant under Prevention of illicit Trafficiking in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances PIT-NDPS Act- 1988, was issued by the Divisional Commissioner Jammu against the repeat offender identified as Pardeep Singh of Jhandi, Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua.
