J&K ACB books revenue officials, private players for alleged wrongful occupation of state land

Jammu, Nov 6 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered an FIR against the then Naib Tehsildar, Patwari and certain private persons for their alleged involvement in facilitating the wrongful occupation of government land at Village Gurha Brahmana, Jammu, in 2005. The FIR has been registered on the basis of the outcome of Verification conducted into a complaint lodged by one Sohan Singh, said an official spokesman.
