Two wanted theft suspects shot in legs after allegedly firing on Haryana Police in Faridabad

Panchkula, Sep 16 (UNI) Two men wanted in theft cases were injured in an exchange of fire with Haryana Police in Faridabad after they allegedly fired five to six rounds at a police team during a late-night checkpoint operation, a police spokesperson said on Wednesday. The suspects, identified as Sonu and Rahul, residents of Mohan Nagar, Uttam Nagar in Delhi, suffered bullet injuries to their legs in retaliatory police firing.
