Srinagar, Sep 17 (UNI) Peoples Conference chairman and MLA Sajad Lone on Thursday questioned the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Secretariat over the status of his resolution seeking a discussion on the alleged rigging of the 1987 Assembly elections, accusing it of withholding information on what he described as a watershed event in the history of Jammu and Kashmir.
