BJP moves no-confidence motion against J&K Speaker, Question Hour disrupted

Srinagar, Sept 28 (UNI) The proceedings of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly were disrupted on Monday after BJP MLA R.S. Pathania said that he has moved a no-confidence motion seeking the removal of Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather, alleging that the House had exceeded its jurisdiction on the issue of autonomy. As soon as the House assembled, Pathania stood up and informed the Speaker that he had submitted a motion for his removal.
