Kaithal, Sep 20 (UNI) Haryana Beopar Mandal president and former Haryana Confed chairman Bajrang Garg on Sunday urged the state government to start the public procurement of paddy by September 21, saying farmers were facing difficulties as paddy had already started arriving in mandis but procurement had not yet begun. Garg said there is growing resentment among farmers across Haryana as they are being forced to wait in the mandis to sell their produce.
