Yogi renames Atiq Ahmed's Kasari-Masari as Shri Krishna Puri; To build flats for poor

Prayagraj, Oct 15 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday announced the renaming of Kasari-Masari, the area of late mafia leader Atiq Ahmed, to Shri Krishna Puri. CM Yogi said that the name Kasari-Masari sounded like a butcher's name. He also performed the groundbreaking ceremony for flats to be built on government land freed from the possession of Atiq and his henchmen. Yogi said,"Now the government is building houses for the poor on the land of the mafia."
