UP govt hike honorarium of panchayat assistants by Rs 3000 per month

Lucknow, Sep 16 (UNI) In a major sop before the assembly elections, Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister and President of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party ( SBSP) Om Prakash Rajbhar has announced that the honorarium of Panchayat secretaries will be increased from Rs 6,000 to Rs 9,000. This money will now be directly deposited into the accounts of Panchayat assistants. Rajbhar was addressing the media here on Wednesday.
