Haryana restricts EPC tenders to new projects above Rs 100 cr, mandates state rates for estimates and DPRs

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) The Haryana government has restricted Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) tenders to new works having an estimated cost exceeding Rs 100 crore and made it mandatory for government departments and agencies to prepare project estimates and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) strictly in accordance with the latest Haryana Schedule of Rates (HSR) and Haryana Plinth Area Rates (HPAR).
