Haryana announces Rs 15,000 festival advance for Class IV staff, excludes contractual workers

Panchkula, Oct 14 (UNI) The Haryana government on Wednesday sanctioned an interest-free festival advance of Rs 15,000 for eligible Class IV employees for 2026-27, but excluded contractual workers, daily wagers and work-charged staff from the benefit, according to an order issued by the Finance Department. The advance will be available to permanent and temporary Class IV regular government employees who apply by October 24 and are expected to remain in service for at least another 10 months.
