Paddy Procurement from 15 November 2026 to 15 January 2027; Extensive Preparations Underway in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Oct 30 (UNI) The Chhattisgarh Government has taken an important step towards making paddy procurement for the Kharif Marketing Year 2026-27 more convenient, transparent and farmer-friendly. Paddy procurement will begin on November 15 and continue until January 15. The state government has approved 360 new paddy procurement centres to reduce distance farmers need to travel, reduce unnecessary waiting at procurement centres and enable more farmers to sell their produce in less time.
