No permission sought for RSS march: Kharge

Bengaluru, Oct 18 (UNI) Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge today dismissed claims that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had sought government permission for a planned march in Chitapur, calling such reports "complete misinformation."
Speaking to the mediapersons, Kharge clarified that the RSS had only submitted a letter informing the police of their intention to hold a march and had not formally sought any permission.
"Giving information is not the right way. They have to seek permission. We have asked a few questions regarding who is organizing the march, when it will take place, the time duration, and who will take responsibility for the event. If your association is organizing it, please submit the registration documents. Only then will we consider granting permission," he told reporters.
