Nitish not taking decisions anymore, his officials are calling the shots: Prashant Kishor

Patna, June 19 (UNI) Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor today alleged that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was not taking decisions and his ministers and officials were calling the shots, even with regard to transfer postings and appointments.
Kishor, during his "Badlao Yatra" in Gopalganj district of Bihar, told media persons that Chief Minister Kumar was not in a position to take decision. Even transfers and postings and appointments of members of the Commission, were being made by a few officials and Ministers of his kitchen cabinet, he added.
"Recent appointments of members of the Commission make it crystal clear that the decision has not been taken by Kumar as all these appointments were against his political style of functioning," the Jan Suraaj leader said, adding that the transfers and postings were also made by the same group of officials and Ministers.
"It is time for people to make up their minds to oust the Nitish Kumar government from power in the next Bihar assembly elections," he exhorted.
Kishor also came down heavily on RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav for raising the issue of "DK tax", a refence to a senior official making money in all decisions of the government regarding contracts, transfer and postings, saying he was enjoying the situation with same DK when the Grand Alliance government was in power.
"Tejashwi is feeling restless since his ouster from power and he is desperate to return to power in the next Bihar assembly elections, which will only remain a dream for him," he remarked.
