Nitish announces govt. job for Martyr Imtiyaz's son

Patna, May 13 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar handed over an honorarium of Rs 50 lakh to the family of BSF sub-inspector Mohd Imtiyaz, who was martyred during Operation Sindoor.
Kumar visited Narayanpur village under Garkha block of Saran district of the Martyr Soldier on Tuesday and paid floral tribute to him. During his visit, Kumar also interacted with the family members of the soldier and consoled them in their hour of need. He handed over a cheque of Rs 50 lakh to them.
The Chief Minister also announced that the state government will provide a government job to the son of martyr Mohammad Imtiaz as per his qualifications.
In addition to this, the two-kilometer-long rural road from Chintamanganj Bridge to Rahmpur Bazaar will be named after martyr Mohammad Imtiaz. A martyr's gate will be constructed at the entrance of the village in Jalal-Basant Panchayat.
A new health sub-centre will be constructed in Narayanpur village, and a memorial will also be built in the name of martyr Mohammad Imtiaz, he mentioned.
