Ukraine lost over 190 soldiers in Kursk Region in past day - Russian Defense Ministry

Kyiv, Mar 24 (UNI) The Ukrainian armed forces have lost over 190 servicemen and three armored fighting vehicles over the past day in battles with Russian military in Russia’s Kursk Region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.
"Over the past 24 hours, the AFU [Ukrainian armed forces] losses amounted to more than 190 troops, three armored fighting vehicles, 16 motor vehicles, five artillery guns, six mortars, one MLRS launcher, and two ammunition depots," the ministry said in a daily bulletin.
Overall, Kiev has lost over 69,510 military personnel, 400 tanks, 323 infantry fighting vehicles and 289 armored personnel carriers since Ukrainian forces invaded the Kursk region in August 2024.
