Israeli authorities 'gagged' over certain clauses of US' Gaza peace deal, voiced strong disagreements

Jerusalem, Nov 5 (UNI) Despite the apparent consensus among Israel and the US over President Donald Trump's 20-point peace plan, there is much discontent in Israel, with officials from both its political and military circles, with a senior US official telling Channel 12 that officials in Jerusalem "gagged" over certain clauses.
A particularly strong point of contention is reportedly, the establishment of a multinational task force for the Strip's post-war security. The task force- called the International Stabilisation Force – will oversee the phased IDF withdrawal from Gaza, severely Israel's access to the Strip in the near future, and restricting its freedom of action.
Beyond its military aspect, some Israeli officials view the proposal as a dangerous "internationalisation" of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, voicing concerns that this could give nation-states with vested interests a convenient excuse for prodding greater international intervention in both the Strip, and even the West Bank in the near future, detrimental to both Israeli security and sovereignty.
