Death toll from floods, landslides in Indonesia exceeds 800: Disaster Management Agency

Jakarta, Dec 3 (UNI/SPUTNIK) The death toll from floods and landslides in Indonesia has exceeded 800, Indonesia's National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB) said on Wednesday.
Torrential rains had triggered sudden floods and landslides on Indonesia’s Sumatra Island. Previous reports indicated over 659 dead, 2,600 injured and 475 missing people.
"Disaster impact review: 804 dead, 657 missing, 2,600 injured," the agency said in a statement.
