Christopher talks Persian Gulf with Vikram Misri, aims to bolster India-US relations

Washington, April 9 (UNI) Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau and Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri exchanged views on the situation in the Persian Gulf and other pressing global and regional priorities, reaffirming the close partnership between the United States and India.
Their discussions highlighted the strategic depth of the bilateral relationship and the shared commitment to regional stability and global cooperation.
During his visit, Foreign Secretary Misri also met US Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the White House to review cooperation on trade, critical minerals, defense, and the Quad framework.
