India, Germany reinforce strategic ties on 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations

Berlin, April 15 (UNI) India and Germany on Tuesday strengthened their strategic partnership during high-level Foreign Office Consultations in Berlin, reviewing bilateral cooperation across trade, defense, technology, and sustainable development, officials said.
The talks were co-chaired by India's Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and Germany's State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Géza Andreas von Geyr. Misri also held a bilateral meeting with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.
The consultations coincide with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, following the 25th anniversary of their Strategic Partnership in 2025. A commemorative logo was unveiled to mark the milestone.
