2 Killed, 15 injured as tugboat, tanker catch fire off Indonesia's East Java coast

Jakarta, Mar 13 (UNI) An explosion involving a tugboat and a fuel-carrying tanker near Lamongan, a coastal town in the north of East Java province, Indonesia, erupted into flames on Thursday, killing two people and injuring 15 others, according to local police.
A preliminary report indicates that the incident occurred at around 6 a.m. local time while the tanker was transferring diesel fuel to the tugboat.
Ipda M. Hamzaid, a spokesperson for the Lamongan Police, told local media that all individuals on board had been evacuated, with the two fatalities sent to a nearby hospital for further identification.
