Office of local media house torched in Bangladesh for referring to Sheikh Hasina as PM

Khulna, May 11 (UNI) In another attack on press freedom in Bangladesh, the office of a local media publication called the 'Daily Desh Shongjog' in Khulna was burnt down for referring to Sheikh Hasina as the Prime Minister.
The perpetrators of the arson attack remain unknown.
Munshi Mahabubul Alam Sohag is the editor of the newspaper. He also serves as the office secretary of the Khulna Metropolitan unit of the Awami League, reports Daily Observer.
