Maha: CM, Deputy CMs praise Indian Army for Operation Sindoor

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday welcomed the move of India government and praised Indian Army for its Operation Sindoor.
In a post on social media platform X, Fadnavis wrote, ""Jai Hind, Bharat Mata Ki."
He said, "On intervening night of May 6-7, our forces avenged the death of 26 innocent people and destroyed nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan through air strikes."

Pune, Nov 16 ( UNI) The Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has dismissed the appeal filed against the order issued by the District Consumer Forum regarding negligence and deficiency of service by the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Department. The Commission upheld the District Forum's order and imposed a penalty of rupees 10,000 on the appellant — the Provident Fund Commissioner.

Suspended tehsildar Suryakant Yewale granted interim anticipatory bail

The bail was approved on Saturday subject to his furnishing a bond of rupees 1 lakh along with adherence to other terms and conditions.
