Kolhapur, Jan 29 (UNI) The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to five suspected accused in senior CPI leader Govind Pansare murder case, saying that the case is unlikely to be settled soon.
During the hearing of their bail applications, a single bench of Justice A S Killor observed that the accused were granted bail due to the fact that the case is unlikely to be settled soon.
Due to lack of progress in investigation, the court declared the accused eligible for bail.
