Goa Night club Fire: Owners flee to Phuket after tragedy, confirms Mumbai Immigration

Mumbai, Dec 8 (UNI) The Bureau of Immigration here today confirmed that owners of the Goa night club had flown to Phuket in Thailand on the same day when fire broke out in the club that claimed 25 lives and left several injured.
The sources further said that the owners Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra flew to Thailand at 5.30 a.m. with an aim to evade the investigation and they could not be detained at the Airport as by that time no Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued against them.
Meanwhile, a team of Goa police was despatched to their residence in Delhi but they could not be traced there, hence a notice was issued on their residence.
