ED attaches ₹11 cr assets linked to former cricketers Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina

Mumbai, Nov 6 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties valued at Rs 11.14 crore belonging to former Indian cricketers Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan for their allaged involment in illegal offshore betting platform 1xBet, official sourcess confirmed here on Thursday.
The attachments were made under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
The attachment includes mutual fund investments worth Rs 6.64 crore held in the name of Suresh Raina and an immovable property valued at Rs 4.5 crore held in the name of Shikhar Dhawan.
