Maha: Thieves burgled gold jewellery, cash worth Rs 71,000 from house in Nashik

Nashik, May 5 (UNI) Three unidentified armed burglars broke into a house at Kolam Budruk village in Yeola taluka of the district, allegedly beat up three members of a family and fled with gold jewellery and cash worth Rs 71,000 from there.
On Sunday night at around 1 am, three unidentified armed robbers allegedly broke into the house of Aware family, beat up three members of the family including Bhalchandra Aware, his wife Sunita Aware and daughter-in-law Chitra Aware and snatched gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 21,000 as well as Rs 50,000 in cash from them at gunpoint, police said on Monday.
In this incident, Bhalchandra, Sunita and Chitra were injured.
