Weapon Puja performed at BJP state office in Mumbai

Mumbai Oct 1 ( UNI) On the occasion of Vijayadashami, a Shastra Puja (weapon worship) ceremony was held at the BJP's state office here today.
The Saraswati idol was worshipped, along with the ceremonial worship of weapons, by Chitra Wagh, state president of the BJP Mahila Morcha, and Madhavi Naik, state general secretary, said BJP in a release today.
The programme was attended by Ravindra Anaspure, in charge of the headquarters; Keshav Upadhye, state chief spokesperson; Sumant Ghaisas, office co-in-charge; senior leader Raj Purohit; Navnath Ban, head of the state media department; office secretary Mukund Kulkarni; joint secretary Bharat Raut; and state spokesperson Omprakash Chauhan, among others.
