Opposition leaders stage protest on Vidhan Bhavan steps, demand complete loan waivers

Nagpur, Dec 9 (UNI) Opposition members staged a demonstration on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan in Nagpur on Tuesday, the second day of the Maharashtra Assembly's Winter session, demanding a complete loan waiver for farmers.
Prominent leaders from the Maha Vikas Aghadi, including Congress's Vijay Wadettiwar, Shiv Sena's Aditya Thackeray, and NCP's Shashikant Shinde, spearheaded the protest, voicing their concerns with fervent slogans on the steps of the legislative building.
The opposition took a strong stand on farmers’ issues and staged a vociferous protest on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan, wearing cotton garlands around their necks and raised slogans against the government.
