Mumbai Monorail mishap: Train goes off track bear Wadala, No casualties

Mumbai, Nov 5( UNI) A Mumbai Monorail coach went off track and tilted near Wadala in South Mumbai, officials said, adding that no injuries were reported. The incident occurred during a track change.
“The incident happened due to a technical fault during testing of the monorail. No passengers were on board, and no injuries have been reported. Monorail staff have reached the site,” Monorail Control Incharge Rohan Salunkhe said.
Monorail services have been suspended since the train became non-operational during heavy rains, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded. The train that tilted this morning was part of ongoing maintenance and testing of the system.
