Chennai, June 8 (UNI) With the backing of the ruling TVK headed by Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay, All India Professionals' Congress Chairperson Praveen Chakravarthy is all set to be declared elected unopposed, as filing of nominations for the lone Rajya Sabha seat for the June 18 bye-election from the Tamil Nadu Assembly, ended on Monday afternoon at 3.00 pm.
