FIFA releases schedule of its tournaments in 2025

Paris, Jan 1 (UNI) World football governing body FIFA on Wednesday released the itinerary of its tournaments to be played in 2025.
The Club World Cup, qualifiers for the biggest-ever World Cup, three youth tournaments, the Beach Soccer World Cup, the first Women's Futsal World Cup, the Intercontinental Cup and the Arab Cup are all on the agenda, according to a FIFA media release.
The road to Canada, Mexico and the USA for FIFA World Cup 26™ continues throughout 2025, with the first qualifiers to join the three host nations set to be confirmed in March. The draw for UEFA's preliminary tournament was made in December 2024, with the European confederation being the sixth and final group to begin their contest to reach the global showpiece.
