Duplantis sets 11th World Record at All Star Perche

Clermont-Ferrand (France) Feb 28 (UNI) Sweden’s Mondo Duplantis delivered another historic performance at the 2025 All Star Perche event here on Saturday IST, clearing 6.27 metres to set a new world record in pole vault for the 11th time.
The two-time Olympic champion, who came into the event as the overwhelming favourite, surpassed his previous world record of 6.26m. Duplantis eased through his opening attempts, clearing 5.65m, 5.91m, 6.02m, and 6.07m in a flawless display.
With victory assured, the Swedish star raised the bar to 6.27m, attempting yet another record-breaking feat. On his very first attempt, he soared over the height, further cementing his dominance in the sport.
