Heavy rain likely in Telangana in next 24 hours: Met

Hyderabad, May 17 (UNI) Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorm, lightning and gusty winds with speed ranging from 50- 60 kmph is likely to occur at isolated places in Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sirsilla, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu and Bhadradri Kothagudem during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Saturday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds ranging from 40-50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in the state during the
next five days.
