TTD to adopt state-of-the-art airport checking system at Alipiri checkpoint in Tirupati

Tirupati, June 7 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive officer J Syamala Rao on Saturday evening inspected the process of frisking and luggage scanning at the Alipiri checkpoint near here and directed officials to upgrade the toll plaza into a state-of-the-art security and scanning center for pilgrims.
Rao, along with Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdary and other top brass officials who inspected the Alipiri Toll Plaza near here, directed the officers concerned to examine the Airport checking system and introduce state-of-art- technology at the Alipiri point.
Later Rao also visited Srivari Mettu Divya Darshan token issuing counters at Bhudevi Complex.
