Cong govt committed to transparency and workers' welfare: Minister Swamy

Hyderabad, July 9 (UNI) Telangana Labour, Employment, Training and Factories, Mines and Geology Minister Vivek Venkata Swamy today said that the Congress government is committed to transparance governance, workers’ rights, and restoring public trust—something he claimed was missing during the previous regime.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Vivek Swamy noted that for the past decade under BRS rule, the common people were distanced from ministers. “There was no opportunity for the public to meet and speak with ministers. Now, under CM Revanth Reddy's leadership, we are accessible and responsive,” he said.
He lauded the Chief Minister’s swift response to the tragic Pashamilaram industrial accident and pointed out the contrast with the previous regime. “Revanth Reddy rushed to the site immediately. KCR didn't go during the Kondagattu incident. Even KTR, who tweeted about the Pashamilaram incident, didn’t visit the site,” he remarked.
