Bandi Sanjay confident of BJP's victory in local body elections

Hyderabad, Oct 3 (UNI) union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar today expressed confidence that the BJP will secure key victories in the upcoming local body elections, including the Karimnagar and Sircilla Zilla Parishad Chairman seats, citing survey reports.
Speaking at a meeting of mandal presidents and ZPTC in-charges at EN Gardens in Karimnagar, he said former and current sarpanches, farmers, women, elderly, students, and employees would be the party’s “brand ambassadors” in defeating the Congress and BRS.
Sanjay emphasised that central funds have driven development works under schemes like PM Sadak Yojana and employment guarantee programs, while state governments failed to support panchayats during Congress and BRS rule.
