AP: YSRCP flags serious concerns over electoral irregularities in Rajya Sabha

Vijayawada/New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) YSRCP MP YV Subba Reddy raised major concerns in the Rajya Sabha over electoral reforms and the functioning of the Election Commission.
Participating in the debate on Thursday in RS, YSRCP Subba Reddy said the future of India’s democracy depends on transparent, fair and accountable elections.
He stated that voters in Andhra Pradesh are increasingly worried that their mandate is not being recorded correctly and that the recent Assembly and Parliamentary elections exposed several irregularities.

was held at the Manjamalai Riverbed at Palamedu in Madurai district
and at Suriyur village in Trichy district of Tamil Nadu on Friday with
the winner decided by a draw of lots after two tamers were tied for the
title taming 16 bulls each.
