Telangana Governor, CM pay tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on 156th birth anniversary

Hyderabad, Oct 2 (UNI) Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy led the state in paying floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of his 156th birth anniversary at Bapu Ghat in Langar House on Thursday.
Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy, Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, Government Advisor Keshav Rao, MLCs Patnam Mahender Reddy and Addanki Dayakar, BC Commission Chairman Niranjan, former Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, and former MP V Hanumantha Rao were among the dignitaries who offered tributes.
An all-faith prayer meeting was held at the Gandhi Museum Hall, reflecting Gandhiji’s ideals of peace, harmony, and universal brotherhood.
