Telangana Govt focuses on women’s empowerment in Journalism on International Women’s Day

Hyderabad, Mar 9 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister is introducing several new schemes aimed at women’s empowerment, ensuring greater opportunities for women across all fields, said Dr Harish, Special Commissioner of the Information and Public Relations Department.
Speaking as the guest of honor at a one-day training program, “Online Journalism – Empowerment of Women Journalists”, held at the Telangana Media Academy in Nampally, Dr Harish emphasised the state government’s commitment to supporting women journalists.
He noted that the Journalists Accreditation Study Committee, led by Media Academy Chairman K Srinivas Reddy, has made special recommendations to improve representation for women in the field. He encouraged women journalists to excel in their profession and take inspiration from Marie Curie, the first woman to win the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry.

said "if our alliance had formed the government (at the Centre), we would have definitely fulfilled
this promise:
"Now you (AIADMK) have formed (revived) an alliance (with the BJP). Can you put this condition (NEET exemption for TN) and continue in the alliance", Mr Stalin asked.
