CBI court sentences 12 accused to life imprisonment in murder case

Thiruvananthapuram, July 31 (UNI) The Special Judge for CBI cases, Thiruvananthapuram, has sentenced 12 accused to life imprisonment with a total fine of Rs 74 lakh in connection with a murder case.
The accused, Gireesh, Afsa, Najumal, Sali, Riyas, Shibu, Vimal, Sudheesh, Shan, Ratheesh, Biju, and Renjith, were sentenced in the case related to the murder of a local leader, Ramabhadran, at Yeroor in Kerala.
Out of the total fine of Rs 74 lakh, a sum of Rs 50 lakh was ordered to be paid to the dependents of the deceased.
