Telangana Commercial Taxes Commissioner appeals to taxpayers to avail one-time interest waiver scheme

Hyderabad, Mar 17 (UNI) K Haritha, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Telangana, has appealed to taxpayers to take advantage of the one-time interest and penalty waiver scheme offered by the government by settling their tax demands by March 31, 2025.

Speaking at the GST Summit organized by the FTCCI, Haritha addressed an audience of over 300 delegates, including industry members, advocates, CAs, CMAs, and tax professionals She explained the benefits of the waiver scheme, which applies to the financial year 2017-18 to 2020-21, a statement here said on Monday.
