IIM Bangalore hosts Lakshya 2K24

Bengaluru, July 15 (UNI) The prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) hosted Lakshya 2K24, a groundbreaking event that brought together distinguished guests, esteemed speakers, and visionary leaders to shape the future of business and innovation.
"The talent war is a reality, and we need to strategise to attract and retain top performers," leaders from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) said. "Defence officers possess valuable skills that can be leveraged in the corporate sector, and we need to create opportunities for them to transition smoothly."
"The future of work is about diversity, equity, and inclusion," emphasised GCCs leaders. "We need to create workplaces where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best."
