HYDRA demolishes 262 illegal structures

Hyderabad, Sep 11 (UNI) The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) has submitted a report to the government stating that it has demolished 262 illegal structures and recovered 111.72 acres of land across 23 areas under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
HYDRA has been actively working for the past two months to clear illegal constructions in ponds, Full Tank Levels (FTL), and buffer zones. According to the report, 3 illegal structures were removed in Ramnagar Manemma Gully, 14 in GaganPahad Appa Pond, 24 in Ameenpur Big Pond, 42 in Madhapur Sunnam Pond, and 13 in Dundigal Katwa Pond.
Additionally, HYDRA revealed that 51 acres of land were reclaimed in Ameenpur, along with 10 acres of government land in the Madapur Sunnam pond area.
