CM Revanth Reddy extends Dussehra greetings to people of Telangana

Hyderabad, Oct 1 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday conveyed his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Dussehra (Vijaya Dashami) which will be celebrated tommorow.
In a message, the Chief Minister said Dussehra holds a special place in the cultural life of Telangana and is celebrated across the country as a symbol of the triumph of good over evil. He noted that the festival reflects the spirit of unity among diverse communities in the state.
Highlighting Telangana’s unique traditions, Revanth Reddy recalled that performing Shami Puja, considering the Jammi leaf as gold, participating in ‘Alai Balai’, seeking the blessings of elders, and sighting the Palapitta bird are significant aspects of the festival.
