UST hands over 5000 fruit saplings to students of 18 schools in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, June 11 (UNI) UST, a prominent digital transformation solutions company, has donated 5000 fruit saplings to students of 18 schools in Kerala.
The fruit saplings were donated to the schools under UST’s Guardians of the Earth CSR initiative, which aims at creating environmental awareness and responsibility in students by encouraging them to care for a tree at home from a young age.
Each school received 200 or more trees based on enrollment. Students from the fifth to the tenth grade were selected to receive the saplings. In addition, they were also presented with a ‘Tree Treasure Book’ to record the updates on the growth of the saplings.
