Congress, BRS mother of corruption: Annamalai

Hyderabad, May 8 (UNI) Describing the Congress and the BRS as the "mother of corruption", Tamil Nadu BJP chief K. Annamalai on Wednesday said in contrast the 10-year rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Centre was the first ever instance of the Indian democracy functioning without corruption.
"Look at Congress now and BRS in the past, they were the mother of corruption," he alleged.
"In the last ten years, India has achieved something no democratic government has achieved," he said, adding "now everyone is confident of India becoming the number one economy. It is the first time we are seeing the Indian democracy functioning without corruption," Annamalai said at a public meeting.
