Cong candidate Sameer pledges 5K jobs & subsidised loans for 50K youth in Hyd's Old City

Hyderabad, May 5 (UNI) Hyderabad DCC President and Congress candidate for the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency, Mohammed Waliullah Sameer, has vowed to combat unemployment in the Old City of Hyderabad by promising 5,000 jobs and subsidised loans for 50,000 jobless youth.
Sameer, accompanied by Bahadurpura Assembly incharge Pulipati Rajesh Kumar, Charminar Incharge Mujeebullah Shareef, and other senior leaders, led a massive rally on Sunday from Kishan Bagh Park to Aashur Khana in Kalapather.
Addressing the media, Sameer declared that tackling unemployment would be his foremost priority if elected. Citing a recent survey indicating an alarming 21 per cent unemployment rate in Hyderabad, with rates soaring to 45 per cent among those aged 20 to 24, Sameer emphasised the urgency of the issue. With the Congress party poised to form the government in Telangana and at the Centre, Sameer expressed confidence in achieving this goal.
