Telangana CM Revanth Reddy accuses BRS, BJP of conspiring against Congress

Nizamabad (Telangana), Feb 24 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday alleged that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are "conspiring" to weaken the Congress in the state.
Addressing a campaign rally for the upcoming MLC election in Nizamabad district, Reddy asserted that BRS, despite not contesting the election, is working to prevent Congress from winning. He questioned BRS leaders on their indirect support for the BJP and criticised former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) for political inaction after his party's defeat in the 2023 Assembly polls.
Highlighting his government’s achievements, Reddy stated that 55,163 government jobs have been given and initiatives like the Skills University and Young India Sports University have been launched under th present Congress government. He cited appointments of sportspersons, including boxer Nikhat Zareen and Warangal’s Deepti, to government posts.
