NEET 2025 exam on Sunday; over 1.3 lakh candidates to appear from Telangana and AP

Hyderabad, May 4 (UNI) The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2025 for admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, and allied medical courses will be conducted on Sunday by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in a paper-pencil format.
The examination is scheduled from 1400 hours to 1700 hours. Entry into exam centres is permitted between 1100 hours and 1330 hours only.
The final entry cut-off is 1140 hours, after which no candidate will be allowed inside, even if late by a minute. The question papers will be distributed at 1350 hours, followed by answer sheets at 1355 hours.
In Telangana, 190 centres have been set up to accommodate 72,507 candidates. Andhra Pradesh will see around 65,000 candidates appearing for the exam.
Candidates are required to carry their NEET 2025 admit card, Aadhaar card, and a valid photo ID. Entry will be strictly denied without the admit card.
Strict security measures are in place, including CCTV surveillance and the use of jammers at all centres. Electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam halls, official sources said.
